I am happy to announce that the Soliera Biennale 2019 awarded on May 1st my painting “Cinereo” with the Special Jury Prize for the best work presented by a young artist. The award was presented by the art critic Michele Fuoco.
The motivation underlying the prize is the following:
“Premio giovani a Francesco D’Adamo di San Giovanni in Persiceto per l’opera “Cinereo”, dove particolari di disarmante candore si arricchiscono di intime risonanze, in una molteplicità di motivi informali. Si assiste ad un gioco di forme astratte, come compenetrazioni di sentimenti, di sensazioni e di idee a cui l’artista sa conferire un singolare ordine visibile”.
